Composition and processing of progressive die

Composition and processing of progressive die
Progressive die (also known as continuous die, it is said that the continuous die has been cancelled in the standard terminology) is composed of multiple stations, each station completes different processing in sequence, and completes a series of different stamping processes in one stroke of the press.
After one stroke of the progressive die processing is completed, the material is moved forward by the feeding machine of the punch press according to a fixed step distance. In this way, multiple processes can be completed on one die, such as punching, blanking, bending, trimming, stretching, etc.
