Metal shrapn upon application
Metal shrapnoms are the only metal components in thin film switches, and their application is more common. In the current situation, many products on the use of shrapn aircraft is more confusing, especially in flexible circuits, only as a component to provide feel (haptic feedback), so that the film switch performance has many disadvantages, and even make the film switch lose its due role.
Metal shrapn upon production is a special process of processing materials (metal or non-metallic) into parts (or semi-finished products) by punching molds for cold stamping. Stamping is a pressure machining method for obtaining the desired part by applying pressure to the material at room temperature using a mold mounted on a press to produce separation or plastic deformation. The methods of making gold shrapnahs are cold roll and hot roll. The diameter of the gold shrapnah is less than 8 mm of the general use of cold roll method, greater than 8 mm of the use of hot roll method. Some metal shrapnne after the production of strong pressure or spray treatment, can improve the carrying capacity of metal shrapne. Hardy shrapne is a kind of elastic element widely used in the mechanical and electronic industry, hard gold shrapne can produce a large elastic deformation when loaded, the mechanical function or kinetic energy into deformation energy, and after unloading the deformation of hard gold shrapne disappeared and returned to its original condition, the deformation energy into mechanical work or kinetic energy
Metal shrapnes are mainly made of plastic hard metal shrapnes, stainless steel hard metal shrapnes, copper hard metal shrapnes, iron hard metal shrapnes, aluminum stainless steel shrapnes, etc. All the shrapn pieces that require metal mold stamping, we call them metal shrapncks. Stamping is the forming method of the work piece (stamping part) of the desired shape and size by applying external force to the plate, strip, pipe and profile by press and mold, which results in plastic deformation or separation.
